Commercial Description:
Acme IPA is profoundly hoppy, finished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result of this generous hopping is a beer that is deliciously dry, and eminently drinkable in spite of its apparent strength.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of pine resin and dough. Tastes resiny with some sweet malty hints. Pretty one dimensional and boring.

FLoral and pine forward nose with modest malt component. Dry and mildly malt astringent palate. Soft almost pale ale bittering level. Clean and dry finish.

Poured with a nice head that dissapates quickly. Beautiful color. Taste is very hoppy and carbonated, but not so much that you don’t want to have another sip. I found it to be very refereshing and tasty.

Slightly cloudy blonde body topped by an initially large white head with medium retention. Well put together beer offering an interesting balance between dry malts and fruity hops. The malt has a dry hay/straw flavour and the hops flavour is somewhere between pineapple and citrus fruit. Light but sharp bitterness with an after-taste of dried fruits. Another fine Acme product along with the Jet Powered Roller Skates, Giant Rubber Band and Iron Bird Seed.

Wet grass nose with hops, pale amber color, leggy head. Light toaste malt goes by quick, turning to a shapr bitterness high on the roof of the mouth. Thinish. Needs more body. Fun to drink, though.

(Bottle) Pours hazy orange. Fruity, citrusy aroma with malty, caramel notes. Piney, floral and syrupy undertones with some woodiness. Hoppy, fruity, light piney flavour with a medium to full bitterness. Light sweet with malty tones of caramel, white bread and touch of wood. Finishing bitterness is a bit harsh. Medium body.
