I expected more from North Coast because their other beers are sooooo good, but don’t get me wrong, this beer is solid. I regularly pick up a six pack at Trader Joe’s. natejgood (195), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 10, 2007 This beer is an opaque golden color with an almost white head. It isn’t a dark beer, but you can’t really see through it. It has a light floral aroma. This beer has a lot of body for an IPA, but isn’t quite as hoppy as I would like and has a bit of a bitter aftertaste. It reminds me a bit of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (though I prefer the Sierra Nevada). Doesn’t taste like a traditional IPA, but isn’t a bad beer. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

Overall taste let something to be desired. A very nice banquet beer that can be enjoyed in mass quantity. jonwayne4883 (401), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA
