Nothing close to the Moylan’s Hopsicle I had the other day but quite decent. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jun 20, 2006 Had a bottle of this one day last week. I think it was after work Thursday night. Nose of
pine resin, flowers, and a bit of dried fruit thrown in for good measure. Pours a clover
honey. The sticky fluffy off-white head is mostly lasting with good lace. The flavor is
incredible for the style. Much richer and deeper than I am used to for a single IPA.
Coffee, dried fruit, and nut tones waltz on the tongue. The finish is incredible. The
medium body is dry, and soft with an astringent feel to the finish. I am startled by the
lowish ratings for this brew. Highly recommended. jmuhops (663), Winchester, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 18, 2006 Pours copper with a two-finger white head. Citrusy, piney, lightly earthy aroma. Nice and thick in the mouth. Standard IPA flavor with the added bonus of a strange woodiness about halfway through. No complaints, no accolades. Still leaps and bounds ahead of the Acme Pale Ale.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jun 9, 2006 For some reason, I was expecting to be dissapointed with this selection, however, I was pleasantly suprised. All around great IPA, from the bottle to citrus aromas, Acme California IPA is an excellent choice. Boutip (2390), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 5, 2006 Bottle: Poured a dark golden color ale with a huge foamy head with above standard retention. Aroma of citrus hops and sweet malt is well balance and very pleasant. Taste is sweeter then expected but very well balance by citrus hops and a medium bitter finish. Not the most extreme IPA but a very well balance example that I enjoyed more then expected.
