Commercial Description:
Acme IPA is profoundly hoppy, finished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result of this generous hopping is a beer that is deliciously dry, and eminently drinkable in spite of its apparent strength.

Clear orange color with a small white head. Weak citrus hop aroma. Hoppy flavor (not citrus or pine) Really long bitter finish.

Hazy gold beer (bottle conditioned) with a white head. The aroma is citrus hops and pale malts. Flavor profile is sweet pale malts to start and a hoppy bitter finish. The hops are crisp and citrusy and dry out the finish. This beer is not spectacular in any respect but is pleasant and enjoyable in every respect. My bottle label says 6.5% ABV, not the 7.1 that this page indicates. Still, it was enough for a nice buzz after a couple of very easy drinking brews. A decent choice at $8.99 for a six pack at Broudy’s, Orange Park FL.

The aroma is a nice balance between malt and hops. The appearance is a hazy gold with a medium foamy head. The flavor is sweet and malty with a bitterness that seems to creep up on you. The palate is typical for the style. It’s pretty good but rather forgettable.

Not much aroma. Pours dark orange color. Flavor has earhty hops semi dry flavor but finishes with a fruit taste. I say its a above average Ipa.

Average IPA. Somewhat of a hoppy flavor, but not much of an aroma. Too light and watery for my taste. Flowery and citrusy notes are completely lacking.

Straw colored with a medium sized white head. Aroma of citusy hops and a mild honey sweetness. Citrusy and piney hops are balanced by a moderate sweetness. A solid IPA.

I had this at a tasting at Bevmo this is a very straightforward west coast IPA. Very citrusy with a lot of hop bitterness.

ckear golden with beige head. citrus aroma and a very bitter aftertaste. a lack of balance in my opinion, the body and flavor does not justify that bitterness.
