Commercial Description:
Acme IPA is profoundly hoppy, finished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result of this generous hopping is a beer that is deliciously dry, and eminently drinkable in spite of its apparent strength.

Light golden amber in color with lingering foamy head. Hop aroma and taste skunky/piney...hop profile I’d identify as pilsner-like. Creamy, finished with nice co2 and hope bite with lingering bitterness. Fairly good, but not the hop profile I look for in an IPA.

Pours with a small white head on a light golden-yellow body. Refreshing hoppy aroma with pine and floral hops. Bitter hoppy taste with pine hop flavors. Medium thick body.

12 oz bottle-pours a creamy, rocky light tan head with hazy gold/yellow color. Aroma is faint light hops. Taste is hops with a bit of bite. Up to here middle of class & a 3.7. Aftertaste has a flatness that lingers, so a 3.1.

A thick pillow of head gently sits across a bronze gold ale. Aroma is very hoppy while also giving grapefruit, and sweet malt a chance. The flavor is of earth, grapefruit, floral flowers and sweet malt.

This beer poured with a little white head. Golden in color with a nice glaze. Slighty bitter and carmel taste. Not much of a finish for an IPA.

Bottle: Smells hoppy and malty. Hint of caramel. Golden color. Average white head diminished quickly. Fair lacing. Tastes of hops and a little citrus. Medium sweet and a a little bitter. Finish is a bit yeasty and musty. Light to medium body. Fizzy carbonation. Overall, a weak IPA, despite the 7%. More just a pale ale.

Bottle. Pours gold amber. Smells like mild-sweet hopstink. Tastes like hoppy malt, decent balance. Good, very round & smooth. Worthy, solid offering. Doesn’t taste like 7%, well concealed strength.

This is a "nothing special" IPA but something you could use as a good session beer.
