Aroma is hoppy but of soft hops, such as detergent scented hops. Hops on the flavor that dries out slowly on the finish. This is solid. thebeertourist (2799), Oslo, Norway
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 26, 2009 Bottle at Olympen, Oslo. Hazy amber with a ddense, lacing, medium head. Rich, bready citrus hops and yeasty aroma. Spicy rye bread flavours, somewhat harsh bitterness. A bit hard on the tongue. Interesting, but the flavours clash rather than blend. Pours out a gold topped with a nice head. Aroma of fresh pine and light malts. Tast a nice pine hop bitter and a good malt. Not bad. Ramenen (456), San Salvador, El Salvador
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 21, 2009 Drank it at Ramenen’s beer festival. An average tasting IPA. Light bodied, a bit soapy and unidimensional. hopheadfett (50), Oak Ridge, New Jersey, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 21, 2009 Pours golden, decent head, nice lace. Nose of citrus and caramel. Taste is rather weak for an IPA, rather sweet, minor hops and pine, slight bitterness. IPA’s being my favorite style, i was rather disappointed with how weak this beer was. Perhaps a session beer, or enjoyed in the sun, as a refreshing beverage, but nothing special. ghawener (961), San Salvador, El Salvador
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 21, 2009 Bottle: Thanks to ramenen, drank at his b-day party. A decent yet unimpressive IPA, hop presence mild other flavors confuse the palate. jcr (1158), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 19, 2009 Bottle. Small, frothy, off-white head that lasts. Golden clear body. The aroma is has notes of grapefruit, caramel and toasted bread. The flavor is moderately sweet and moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, moderately bitter and moderately acidic. Medium body with a watery texture that turns a little sticky. Lively carbonation. The malts come off as overly aggressive erasing tastes and aromas that you expect from such a hopped beer. osu97gp (172), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
