Apr 19, 2009 Bottle. Aggresive pour gives a white fair lasting head. Gold. Thin aroma gives more of the glass than the beer in it. California what?!?!? Starts lightly soapy but is mostly malt. No hops.

Apr 19, 2009 From bottle. Slight hazy orange colour. thin white lace. Very sweet honey/pineapple aroma. Bitter flavour. Sweet for an IPA. Little slick with a hop finish. Citrus IPA.

Apr 15, 2009 Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Knighlty Spirits (Orlando, FL). Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes avec une pointe de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est blonde orangée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe de caramel et de pin. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Apr 10, 2009 ~Pours a clear orange with fluffy white head.
~Sweet citrus/ fruit scent.
~Spicy, citrus, grassy hop in flavor. Hops get straight to the point. Malts are very mild.
~ Light feel. Very dry. Bitter dry finish.
~Pretty good IPA. Dry is pleasant, but I like to feel as if I drank something wet when drinking something as bitter as this. Overall nicely down. Definetly and enjoyable brew.

Apr 8, 2009 drank this from the bottle, so I didnt see its appearance except for the part that drizzled down onto my shirt by accident. Im sure its similar to what these other fine gentlemen and ladies have said about its colors and head. Smells pretty hoppy and pine, with light citrus. The flavor is also pretty crisp, with mostly piney hops and some grapefruit. a little bit grainy texture to it, but very refreshing after a hard days work.

Mar 24, 2009 From the pour it looks like a really nice IPA, but the maltiness combine with the sourness leaves a lot to be desired. i usually like california IPA’s but this one doesnt cut it

Mar 23, 2009 Pours hazy yellow color with decent 2 finger head. aroma has a sour apple sent to it. and maybe a little biscuity flavor also. taste is about the same a little bit of malt sweetness up front, but quickly turns to that sour apple that I was getting in the nose, ends with a citrusy hop bitterness, not a whole lot though. Really good smooth, medium mouthfeel in this one, probably its best feature.
Overall, not really what im looking for in an IPA, I dont really like sour apple notes in it, or any beers for that matter.
