Commercial Description:
Acme IPA is profoundly hoppy, finished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result of this generous hopping is a beer that is deliciously dry, and eminently drinkable in spite of its apparent strength.

A hazy orange beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with the hops oils coming thru, but also some caramel. The flavor is very hoppy, here the hop oils also make their presence, combined with some lesser grass notes and a very dry bitter end.

Sampled draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm.
Clear pale amber, small head. Sweaty, fruity hoppy nose. Very dry. Clean, hard mouthfeel. Just loads of hops. The malt profile is plain and simple, but the hops creates all kinds of sensations: grassy- herbal, salty licorice, fruity grapefruit. Very bitter finish, of course.

Golden-bronze colour. Lemony, piney aroma. Very bitter body, with woody notes and lots of toastiness. Long, bitter finish. Unbalanced. I can understand why North Coast wants to give this a different brand - it's not up to their standards at all.

Draught at Freakin’ Frog, Las Vegas
Cloudy amber color, nice lace. The aroma is lightly fruity. The flavor has some malt, but it’s not very full, and the hoppiness/bitterness is average.
