Jun 13, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with the hops oils coming thru, but also some caramel. The flavor is very hoppy, here the hop oils also make their presence, combined with some lesser grass notes and a very dry bitter end.

Clear pale amber, small head. Sweaty, fruity hoppy nose. Very dry. Clean, hard mouthfeel. Just loads of hops. The malt profile is plain and simple, but the hops creates all kinds of sensations: grassy- herbal, salty licorice, fruity grapefruit. Very bitter finish, of course.

Apr 11, 2004 Golden-bronze colour. Lemony, piney aroma. Very bitter body, with woody notes and lots of toastiness. Long, bitter finish. Unbalanced. I can understand why North Coast wants to give this a different brand - it's not up to their standards at all.
