Pours a clear dark gold colored body under a fizzy one finger white head that receded quickly and left heavy lacing. Aroma is doughy malt with light spicy hops and a little DMS. Flavor is very lightly malty with some light bitter hoppiness balancing things out. Still a noticable presence of DMS though. Mouthfeel is light bodied, thin, and had moderate fizzy prickly carbonation. Overall, this one just didn’t do it for me. Mouch too noticable DMS. gnoff (3570), Göteborg, Sweden

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 18, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a murky golden color, with a small amount of head. The palate is rather weak for an APA. Bitterness is here, but seems to bring a little more of a sour note in the aftertaste. Not very good compared to other North Coast brews.
