Mar 18, 2005 Bottle Pours a slightly hazy light amber. Fluffy off white head Sweet light malts mostly in the aroma. Flavor is similar. Light, pale and fairly sweet. I suppose it is quite drinkable, esp for those who are not ken of bitter hoppy ales. Lacking substance though esp considering it’s nearly complete absence of a decent hops componant.

Mar 10, 2005 This bottled brew poured a small sized head of off-white colored fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated hazy brown colored body. The aroma was mild malty hoppy pale ale like notes. The mouth feel was tingly yet smooth with a mild hoppy finish. The flavor contained notes of mild caramel with malt and a mild hop content.

Mar 1, 2005 Light, malty, boring beer. Nothing of note in this one. Grabbed it in Harris Teeter in Carborro because it was one of about four beers on the racks I hadn’t tried. Next time I’ll just grab another six of Sierra Nevada.

Feb 26, 2005 Poured cloudy light amber with a good head and good lacing.
Flavor is malty with a strong metalic finish and palate.
The metalic finish made this a beer that I would not buy again.

Feb 18, 2005 Sour bisuit aroma with some apple dumplings. Deep golden in color with some haze. Cheap malt flavor with a tad of crispness. Me not much likey. Somewhat swill-esque.

Feb 15, 2005 Full bready aroma with some light apples. A fairly light amber coloring with a decent sized white head. The taste is subdued with dried apple chips. It also reminds me of chewing on wood. Strangely made. Thin, slick mouthfeel.
