Fruit and malt aromas. Mid brown coloured slightly rich and malty with some dryness in a lasting finish.

Feb 5, 2007 Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2007. Dark ruby colour with bubbly dark beige head. Lovely leafy grapefruit aroma. Lovely mouthfeel. Very smooth. Very good condition. Decent grainy malt. Very nice hop on end. As the festival wound down on the Saturday afternoon, I had 2 more pints of this as I liked it so much and I couldn’t believe that people hadn’t drunk it all.

Jan 9, 2007 Cask conditioned - handpump - Derby Winterfest 07. A very dark brown coloured beer witha touch of ruby and a beige head. The aroma is malty and dry with coffee notes. The taste is roasty and malty with more coffee notes. A good long finish to a tasty beer.
