[RBESG, Sheffield]
Cask @ Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield.
Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is grainy, light fruity, some brewing cereal. Prickly, lively carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is peppery, some sweet malts. A little dull, but well-balanced and drinkable.

Decent blonde pint, white head with good fruity/spiced hops, and a mild bitter finish. Not much else in there. Drinkable though.

Cask, Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield. This clicked very nicely. Wanted another straight away, which is always a good sign !! The elements of citrus and hops operate in unison extremely well to give an eminently glaggable golden ale.
