Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is grainy, light fruity, some brewing cereal. Prickly, lively carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is peppery, some sweet malts. A little dull, but well-balanced and drinkable.

Apr 15, 2009 Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2008. Pours aclear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly hoppy citrus aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy caramel flavor with some hints of citrus. Has a sweetish fruity malty hoppy finish.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090122]

This clicked very nicely. Wanted another straight away, which is always a good sign !! The elements of citrus and hops operate in unison extremely well to give an eminently glaggable golden ale.
