Cask; Seasonal - Spring. Brewed for St Georges Day.
A beautiful traditional rich amber coloured beer with sweet roast malts, good bitterness levels and a delicate citrus aroma.

Cask in Blackfriars. Aroma is nutty malty, slight peppery grassy hop. Taste is similar, quite easy going if unexciting. Perhaps a bit too yeasty.

Cask, The Wellington, Birmingham. Dark brown with a very small off-white foamy head. Sweet caramel scent. Very sweet and watery. Some bitterness. Toffee in the mouth, with some lemon acidity leading to a dry end.
