Cloudy - thank goodness - like a proper cider should be. Sweet, soft, but almost watery. Very easy drinker, no alcohol detected at all.

Draught at Black Door, Helsinki. Bright yellow color with small diminishing head. Apple, grapefruit and acidity in the aroma. Slightly sweet honeyish apple and grapefruit flavor. Good balaced cider, refreshing yet enough body.

Comments: Not terribly complex, very juicy and skinny, but still better than I thought considering it’s from one of only two cideries which I was trying to avoid.

on tap at the eagle, london. yellow and bubbly. better than average aroma which suggested some upcoming sourness. alas, a little on the bland side, not overly sweet at least
