Apr 29, 2008 Updated: Apr 30, 2008TAP NY 08. Amber in color with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, toasted malts, some light earthy and floral hops. Taste is light bodied with toasted malts, light earthy hops and a touch of caramel sweetness. Finishes with a very mild bitterness. Rather subdued, but it did have a clean profile.

Oct 10, 2007 on tap-pours a thin off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is mild malt. Taste is medium malt, nutty, secondary tangy hops and a little earthy. OK/mild carbonation.

Aug 30, 2007 En fût. Verre de dégustation à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de malts grillés et d’houblons. Apparence: La couleur est cuivrée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de malt caramélisé et d’houblons. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence d’houblons en arrière goût. (Rating #1202)

Aug 22, 2007 On Tap at Brewery. Amberish color with a thin cream head. Aroma is a little toasty with just a touch of hops. Flavor is almost like an attempt to provide equal parts caramel malt, hop bitterness, and some toastiness. Non-offensive, but very different. Easily quaffable.
