Golden with a thin, white and quickly dissipating head. Nose of white pepper, hops and the mildest of malts. This is very good. Nice palatable maltiness and good. Impressed. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Deep golden coloured - light amber with white head that recedes to ring. Nicely malty, toasty/biscuity flavour. Medium mouthfeel and body.Clearly the best beer on tap on the day I visited. Flavour improves dramatically as it warms. I found the beers were generally served too cold. On tap at the brewpub. MartinT (5055), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
