On tap at brewpub. Clear copper golden in color with a nice off white head. Malty hoppy aroma. Grassy, earthy, floral hoppy notes. Caramel malty and hoppy flavor. Full bodied. Very drinkable. Finish is bitter.

On tap at the Adirondack Pub and Brewery. Clean lightly orange hued golden amber with a medium white head. Big clean citrus and pineapple. Touch of sweet malt, medium bodied. Finishes with a long deep grapefruit bitterness. Tried ten of their beers while I was there, and this was the standout. Nicely done. Both of their hoppy beers were delicious.

(juin 2008)

Growler. Poured a beautiful clear copper color with a decent sized off-white head. Diacetyl and bready malt aroma. Some hops with a floral and citrus character. Pine and toasty malt. Short thin bitter rind finish.

on tap-pours a retaining off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is c-hops, some cascade, secondary malt. Taste is c-hops, some cascade/pine/resin-some bitter, secondary medium malt-a bit sweet. OK carbonation.

Clear golden body with a small white head. Diacetyl, artificial caramel, weird bitterness. Bad. Draft at brewpub. A tourist trap, like most of Lake George.

On tap at the brewpub with a 4-5oz sampler. Citrus-piney hopped aroma with lots of cascades. There are some sweet and roasted tones behind the hopped aroma. Transparent copper/amber color with an off-yellowish head. Oily, hoppy piney-grapefruity flavors to start with a mildly sweet roastiness following. Finishes with more grapefruit bitterness. Quite an oily mouthfeel.
