Clean lightly orange hued golden amber with a medium white head. Big clean citrus and pineapple. Touch of sweet malt, medium bodied. Finishes with a long deep grapefruit bitterness. Tried ten of their beers while I was there, and this was the standout. Nicely done. Both of their hoppy beers were delicious. Viper666 (643), Greenfield Park, Quebec, Canada

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 6, 2005 On tap at the brewpub with a 4-5oz sampler. Citrus-piney hopped aroma with lots of cascades. There are some sweet and roasted tones behind the hopped aroma. Transparent copper/amber color with an off-yellowish head. Oily, hoppy piney-grapefruity flavors to start with a mildly sweet roastiness following. Finishes with more grapefruit bitterness. Quite an oily mouthfeel.
