Aroma is plenty of fresh roast. Flavor is a lot milder than I would have thought. Pretty mild roast, almost porterish. I’m not detecting the chocolate. Body is a little thin for a stout, but if you told me this was a porter I would say - great porter. As a stout, its a bit thin. Glouglouburp (2000), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 24, 2006 Appearance of dirty water (muddy brownish). Doesn’t look like a stout. Tasted like a watered-down old coffee. Doesn’t taste like a stout. Draft at brewpub. A very honest brewer, this tastes like a Snow Trout has been swimming in my stout. GonZoBeeR (2015), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada Jul 23, 2006 Aroma:coffe and rosted malt...
Appearance:dark brown,,small head...
Flavor:watery coffe and nutty...
