Sampled at Brasserie Federal in Zurich. Bottled 50cl. Strong hoppy nose with hints of soy sauce. Sulphury. Some cellar-like characteristics sneaking in. Musty hoppy taste. Decent bitterness. Bitterish buttery finish. A bit like the Feldschlösschen Hopfenperle. A hoppy swiss lager. Not a good one though. Poor.

Light blond color; thin perlage. Common aroma, with a hint of lemonade. Very light malt flavor, with a quite strong bitterness at the end, above the average, lasting for long. Nothing special, but not terrible.

re-rated september 2006: clear and pale golden colour under a white creamy head; a decent flowery, aromatic hoppiness; moderate malt backbone and a fair bitterness; the finish is herbal and shows notes of peanuts (4/6/6/3/13)

clear pale golden colour, fine head, medium-hoppiness with notes of orange, crisp, sweet, fresh, dry light bitter finish (4/6/5/3/12)
