Oct 8, 2008 Sampled at Brasserie Federal in Zurich. Bottled 50cl. Strong hoppy nose with hints of soy sauce. Sulphury. Some cellar-like characteristics sneaking in. Musty hoppy taste. Decent bitterness. Bitterish buttery finish. A bit like the Feldschlösschen Hopfenperle. A hoppy swiss lager. Not a good one though. Poor.

May 19, 2007 Light blond color; thin perlage. Common aroma, with a hint of lemonade. Very light malt flavor, with a quite strong bitterness at the end, above the average, lasting for long. Nothing special, but not terrible.
