(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge blond foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty malty aroma with light notes of citrus, grassy and herbal hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation.Slightly yeasty, pale malty and slightly grainy taste with a tinge of citrus and herbal accents; dry-ish slightly bitter and grassy hoppy finish. Decent Zwickel. 17.XI.09

50cl swing-top bottle, BBE 17.11.09. Golden, firm pale head. Yeasty, sweetish pale malty nose, little honey, clean but very low on hops. Flavor has same clean yeastiness, little herbal alcohol, hints of glue, pale maltiness. Almost medium bodied, yeasty smooth palate. Pretty boring, sterile yeasty Zwickel.

Flip top (BB 11/2009)
Hazy yellow color, steady white head. Grainy, a bit sweet citrus aroma. Citrusy, grainy malty, quite light, citrusy hoppyness in the finish. Clean, crisp, refreshing but boring Zwickel.

Bottle, 5.0% bought at the brewpub. Faint sweetish malt aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a little light malts, medium bitterness. Does not taste naturtrueb as such, but is OK.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw, and so is the flavor.

Bottled at the brewpub. Hazy golden, minimal head. Evident grassy spicy hop aroma. Dry and crisp with rounded mouthfeel. Vital and freshening with generous amounts of spicy hops and long bitter finish. Really good!

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pale golden with a dense, white head leaving some laces. Clean and malty nose with a whiff of flowers. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel. Clean and malty accents and a soft mouthfeel. Pleasant. 040408
