| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 3, 2007 Draft. A yellow beer - very light even for a Heller Bock with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty - very sweet that is, with quite strong notes of alcohol, leading to a dry and slightly bitter and alcoholic finish. Quite simple, more warming. Papsoe (15107), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 24, 2004 Only a slight malty apricot aroma. Very fruity flavor (pineapple, apricot), with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Bottle, bought at the Lamm Brewery in Untertheres. Unconvincing, but at least is alcohol is well masked.
