Fruity and sour, hints of buttermilk, hints of citrus fruit. Malty background, aromatic hoppy notes as well. A very interesting and fascinating beer which is more and more appealing. The buttermilk-sourness gives it a wild character. I would like to open the second bottle to find out more about the character of this beer. Of course I don’t because it is already reserved for my friends in Bochum. Ungstrup (11136), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 8, 2006 An unclear yellow beer with a huge but fastly dying white head. The aroma contains strong notes of citrus as well as light malty notes. The flavor is very fresh malty with light citrus notes, but with a thin body. JensenTaster (1481), Denmark Jan 26, 2006 (on bottle) Fresh, cheasy aroma. Light mouthfeel, but lso soft like a oktoberfest. Grassy, herby taste, rather refreshing finish.
