Brown to burgundy body, with a small off-white head. Flavor of biscuits, caramel, some hops, a bit thin bodied. jfm (1572), Holbæk, Denmark Mar 4, 2005 Amber color with a beige head. The taste is sweet with light fruity and malty notes. Finishes with a light bitterness. Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 1, 2005 An amber beer with a disappearing light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and toffee as well as hints of alcohol. The flavor is dry with primary notes of roasted bread while the body is thin.
