Slightly dusty and moderately sweet, cara-malty aroma with subtle fruity and light woody hoppy notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Soft caramel malty base with herbal and bitter hoppy notes, that get slightly stronger towards the dry finish. Well-crafted Helles (16.07.08).
pivnizub (3876), Porúří, Germany Jul 19, 2008 Bottle (vielen Dank, Stefan !): Deep sweet-malty nose with a tinge of vanilla and a good dash of Tettnang hops; golden coloured, small, lacy white head; quite full bodied for a beer of 4.8%, soft MF, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; mild, lingering bitter-sweet finish. A very pleasant, well rounded and well balanced Export........... Quack-Duck (1900), Bodensee, Germany Jul 16, 2008 bottle, bought at the brewery. Brehmium is a word play on Premium, as Brehm is the name of the owner’s family. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Full-bodied, pleasantly malty and slightly hoppy. Hints of apple present. A good Export.
