My flip-top bottled beer was under the best before date, but i tried to taste it. So i had felt the potential in the beer but it was infected. It had a nice character with a dark brown body and a nice tan head. But after the appearance comes the sauerkraut in the aroma and flavor... It was bad. I tasted instead of the bad aroma, i’ ve felt some caramel and roasted grains in the body, but the acidity kill the palate. Sorry....I’ve rated with this conditions!
What a fortune, i can taste it again!

Now the beer is better, it has a clear character....So the appearance is nice with a ruby body with a creamy, medium lacing tan head. Fine caramel and mild roasted grains, coffe and cocoa in the aroma with some fruity perfume. Medium bodied beer with roasted grains, some dried fruits, sweet caramel malt. Fine and easy drinkable.

courtesy of Arben Haziri - pours a clear ruby-brown colour with a little but persistent beige foam; the nose is fairly toasted and earthy with a touch of caramel; medium-bodied with some sweet malt backbone, subtle carbonation and a fizzy and quite short toasted malty finish

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Fairly roasted, light honey and berry aroma. Red golden brown, low golden head. Fruity base, apples and pears, grain, coffee-roast. Medium to light body. Slightly metallic roast aftertaste. Not entirely harmonic, but interresting enough.

Bottle. Brown sugar and roasted barley malt aroma. Reddish brown color with large tan head. Caramel malt flavor with a moderate grass hops finish. Light bodied but very hoppy for a dunkel.

(Bottle 50 cl) Light brown with a dense and rather stable head. Aromatic with a pleasant roasted maltyness. Only a discreet bitterness in the finish. Refreshing, easy to drink and quite pleasant. 260801

Nose of bready malt, some alocohol. Brown to burgundy body, with a small off-white head. Flavor of biscuits, caramel, some hops, a bit thin bodied.

Amber color with a beige head. The taste is sweet with light fruity and malty notes. Finishes with a light bitterness.
