Mahogany colour with a low off-white head. Poor in aroma, some sweet malts can be detected. Traces of caramel and spicies in flavour. Dry finish accentuated by moderate bitterness.. Dry bitter finish. Well balanced. StueyD (590), King’s Lynn, Norfolk, Norfolk, England Oct 7, 2006 A mid to dark, copper brown coloured beer with a thickish white head. The nose is light and fruity, with a sweetish malt aroma. The taste is smooth, sweet, fruity and malty, slightly cloying, with a tiny hint of dry hop. a tad bland in the finish. Malty flavour of nuts and toasted malts with undertones of broccoli. Short dryish aftertaste.
