This beer has a lager-style character in appearance, aroma and taste. Golden body with good clarity. Initial white head, reduced to a bubbly ring around the rim of the glass. Grassy hops to the nose. Flavoured with noble malts and herbal hops. Mild bitter ending. Clean and light on the palate. Very dry in the mouth (shared with Eva, Tromsø 30.04.2009). yngwie (4974), Kristiansand, Norway
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 24, 2009 Bottle. It pours a golden body with an orange tint. Some chill haze and a small, off-white head. Citrus, some faint notes of tea, malt, caramel and some bread on the aroma. Quite pleasant, but in a British session style. The flavor has some citrus up front, followed by a caramel maltyness, some bread crusts and a gentle bitterness. Medium to full body, quite dry and with a pleasant carbonation. Some hops to support the malts in the finish. A typical session beer, but maybe a bit dull to qualify as an all-nighter. (090412) FatPhil (3480), Espoo, Finland

Pale gold, brief head. Fruity hop aroma. Palate thin. Where’s the freaking beer? Maybe even lemonadey. Some swimming pool water too after a while. If you need to do "offsetting", then you are *not* carbon neutral. Using Adnams’ twisted logic I can travel faster than light by offsetting my clock backwards after my journey. Gave them 1 overall for bullshit misleading marketting. Even without that it’s not a good beer, probably only worth 10 overall. fonefan (11723), VestJylland, Denmark

Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090122] oh6gdx (8903), Vasa, Finland

Aroma is grains, yeast, some flowery hops and mild seaweedy notes. Flavour is flowery hops, yeast and some strange grainy notes kicking in as well. Quite seaweedy touch in the flavour too. Not very pleasant. rosenbergh (932), Helsinki, Finland

Apple juice colour with tiny head.
Aroma is sweet floral hoppy with some tea. Flavour is fruity (apple), hops, tea with bitter finish. Carbon neutral is great idea. Gary (352), Buckinghamshire, England

Some syrupy malt .God. sayravai (3752), Helsinki, Finland
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 3, 2009 (Bottled) Clear, deep golden with a small head. Floral-lemony aroma with honeyish and toffee hints. Hopping has the same kind of exotic touch than Meantime IPA - although this loses its freshness in glass after a while. Citrusy hops and crisp exotic fruitiness in the flavor, with not much malt to balance. On the other hand, it has a quite refreshing palate with a light body and slightly fizzy carbonation. Seems quite an on-off beer, as my wife hated this and said it’s all plastic. I didn’t have problem with the hops, but then again, there are better session beers.
