Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, corn, toaasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, citrus sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090803]

Sep 6, 2009 Cask - The Rumsey Wells, Norwich. Dark yellow with a small, lasting white head and an initial haze that soon settled. Nice malty nose with floral, sherbety hop aromas. Grassy hop flavour profile and some sweetness to balance. A rounded mouthfeel, soft carbonation and light-medium body. Thirst quenching and satisfying.

Sep 1, 2009 Pale blond bitter, no head. Aroma is of citrusy hops . Has a sharp, refreshing edge and then a dry, bitter hop flavour. Very good and very refreshing.

Aug 27, 2009 Cask, March Hare, Cheadle. Unispiring averageness really. Certainly not a bad beer but nothing grabs you by the knackers. Gold with thick white head. Aroma is cardboard packaging on something mildly spicy and fruity. Flavour is more cardboard with medicinal and herby notes. A little watery, bitter finish.

Aug 10, 2009 Cask@The George. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is spices, wood, fruits, some mild dry tea leafs as well. Flavour is grass, caramel, fruits and also flowery hops. Ends quite bitter. Standard.
