Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Introduced in 2004 as a summer seasonal in East Anglia and London; became from Feb, 2006 a regular beer.
A golden bitter suffused with the aromas of a grapefruit grove. The massive citrus attack will burst on your palate allowing all the flavours of the imported New World hops to deliver their fruity bitterness. Adnams is “Exploring” new ground by sourcing interesting new hops from the USA that add different characters to the beer. By using the hops, not only in the copper but also in the cask, the drinker enjoys a mix of the traditional brewing quality that has become synonymous with the Adnams name, but also the contemporary flavours of the New World.
Ingredients: Pale malt. Columbus and Chinook hops; Columbus in the copper and Chinook in the cask

Cask - The Rumsey Wells, Norwich. Dark yellow with a small, lasting white head and an initial haze that soon settled. Nice malty nose with floral, sherbety hop aromas. Grassy hop flavour profile and some sweetness to balance. A rounded mouthfeel, soft carbonation and light-medium body. Thirst quenching and satisfying.

Pale blond bitter, no head. Aroma is of citrusy hops . Has a sharp, refreshing edge and then a dry, bitter hop flavour. Very good and very refreshing.

Cask, March Hare, Cheadle. Unispiring averageness really. Certainly not a bad beer but nothing grabs you by the knackers. Gold with thick white head. Aroma is cardboard packaging on something mildly spicy and fruity. Flavour is more cardboard with medicinal and herby notes. A little watery, bitter finish.

(Cask@The George). Pale yellow color, small white head, some lace. Dish water lemony aroma. Grassy, a bit herbal flavor. Uninspiring.
