Adnams Explorer (Cask) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Commercial Description: Cask; Regular. Introduced in 2004 as a summer seasonal in East Anglia and London; became from Feb, 2006 a regular beer. A golden bitter suffused with the aromas of a grapefruit grove. The massive citrus attack will burst on your palate allowing all the flavours of the imported New World hops to deliver their fruity bitterness. Adnams is “Exploring” new ground by sourcing interesting new hops from the USA that add different characters to the beer. By using the hops, not only in the copper but also in the cask, the drinker enjoys a mix of the traditional brewing quality that has become synonymous with the Adnams name, but also the contemporary flavours of the New World. Ingredients: Pale malt. Columbus and Chinook hops; Columbus in the copper and Chinook in the cask
