Some nice dark fruit flavours in the background too. Okay but there’s better beers of this style out there folks. fonefan (11313), VestJylland, Denmark

Herbal grassy nose as the bottled version, watery toffee malts, apple and faint cherry fruit. Drier hop finish than the pasteurised effort. Malted milk chalky afters. OK. Alround rating: Roasty chocolate malts, grassy bittering hop, theres a nice leafy hop character in here which takes the edge off the roastyness and the chocolate malt keeps it smooth and very tasty. hughie (3055), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England
