Jul 3, 2005 (On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a very small head. Lovely fresh, citrusy notes - perhaps even with a vague hint of coriander? Very light body with some hops in the short, dry palate. Lovely, quenching summer beer - especially if you can find this cold.... 210505

May 28, 2005 [Cask at Cockney Pub, Århus] A hazy yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and grapefruit. The flavor is cask flat with notes of esters and grapefruit, leading to a dry bitter and flowery end. Nice summer beer.

May 25, 2005 Cask @ KØ 2005: Golden coloured. Clear. Sweet metallic aroma. Malts. Light fruity, flowery and light hoppy flavour. Ends on a light bitter note. Crisp and resfreshing.
