Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - June to August.
The perfect summer bitter of proven popularity. Light, bright and crisp in flavour. A refreshing thirst-quenching pint. Delicious served cool on a warm summer’s day. Distinctively different.

Draft at Cockney Pub. Week aroma, but there is something good. OK apperance . A bit acetic in taste (it tastes OK). Alittle watery.

[Cask conditioned] Golden coloured. Quite boring and rather thin with light fruity notes. It tastes almost like a sweet cider.

Cask Summer ’04: Floral fruity nose. Pale golden hue. Slightly metallic, faintly sour, light body, finishing with crisp bitter hops. Refreshing and quite quaffable I must say.

On cask in England. Golden appearance with a very stale hop smell. The flavor had a metallic and astringent profile to it. Some bitterness in the end, but hard to choke down.

On tap at 2004 GBBF. Poured a nice clear blond with white head. Malt aroma. The flavour is bitter at firstwith malt coming through. Another unidentifiable flavour(not nasty) as well. Good mouthfeel with long finish.Quite enjoyable and in line with Adnams uncompromising standards.

Gravity at Derby Beer Festival. I’m a fan of Adnams ales and was looking forward to this summer seasonal for the first time. Aroma was a little disappointing; slightly sour, slightly stagnant hops. Good looking blond, light gold with creamy head. Crisp and creamy tasting. Above average blond.

Cask@Catford beer festival. Eggy, sulfury nose, bitter hops, nothing special, but decent flavour. Some lemon zest.
