| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Mar 14, 2007 Pours a beautiful clear copper, with a overflowing khaki head that fades to a rough surface. Mostly malt aroma, with caramel and molasses present. Medium body, with a fairly sweet lingering malt flavor. Almost a peat/smoked flavor as well. Not as much bitterness as I would prefer.
