(bottle) Clear and dark red-brown colour with a short frothy beige head leaving some lace. Light sweet aroma of dark malts, caramel and toffee. Moderately sweet toastmalty flavour and taste with caramel, medium to light bodied, well-carbonated; malty and minimal fruity finish.

Aug 25, 2008 Draught at DTE. Clear brown - offwhite head. Malty sweetness, berries, caramel, chocolate, frui´ty, light sourness, tar, light wood, thin body and finish - boring.

May 19, 2008 (on bottle) Hay yellow, white head. Partshly funky, cheesy, with pineapple and passsionfruit to the aroma. Near perfect carbonation, very nice. Has a good tartness, gooseberries and wood. Finishes of with dominans of a grapefruit. Godd beer.

May 8, 2008 Draft on a sunny terras in Oudenaarde inbetween two client visits. Damn work can be so stressful :).
Flavour and aroma contain dried fruits, prums and some roasted malts. A refreshing beer but there are better.
