Foamy lastin tan head, hazy dark brown body with a red hue. Mild cheesy fruity aroma with notes of forrest beeries, grass and a slight sourness. Flavor is rather weird and somewhat metallic with characters of cheap bad lager?! Some fruit and grass noticeable. Not bad, bus as said quite odd and not overly pleasant either.

May 19, 2008 (on bottle) Hay yellow, white head. Partshly funky, cheesy, with pineapple and passsionfruit to the aroma. Near perfect carbonation, very nice. Has a good tartness, gooseberries and wood. Finishes of with dominans of a grapefruit. Godd beer.

May 8, 2008 Draft on a sunny terras in Oudenaarde inbetween two client visits. Damn work can be so stressful :).
Flavour and aroma contain dried fruits, prums and some roasted malts. A refreshing beer but there are better.

Apr 18, 2008 Bottle @ Sour ale Tasting - DOE Holstebro.. Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar - dryed fruit, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Mar 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours an almost clear, brown body with a beige head. Slightly sourish nose with dried fruits, a little oxidation and a vague anise-like aroma. Sweet flavor with dried fruits, caramel, candi-sugar and some oxidation. Quite weak and forgettable, still nice. Medium, slightly effervescent mouthfeel. Caramel, dried fruits and sugars in the finish. Pleasant, all-day beer, but lacking a bit on the sourness. (080220)
