Bottled. A hazy red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours an opaque amber with a lacing off-white head. Very spicy aroma - some cardamom I believe. Medium body, overripe fruit and spices. Lightly dry and astringent finish - almost quinine-like. 23090909

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081230]

A Mes rate. Bottle at Chris O’s pre NYE tasting. Cloudy amber with a thin off white head. Straight forward Scandinavian Christmas beer smell. A little more bitter than the regular in the flavour however. Nice and fruity too. All the usual Christmas spice is there but it’s the extra bitterness that makes this one pretty decent.
