| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy golden amber, with a thin off white head.Nose of honey and belgian yeast. Quite carbonated, with a little bit of lager flavor to it. Served a bit on the cold side, waiting for a bit of a cool down to see if it opens a bit. Somewhat mild up front, with most of the flavor on the back end. Getting more of the yeast notes as it warms. Very drinkable, albeit on the mild side, but there are no offensive flavors here, nor is there anything super spectacular than stands out. But that’s what makes this a good beer, really enjoying the finish. This is one of those beers that is a perfect introductory beer for your non belgian beer friends nuplastikk (1227), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

Classic Belgian Blonde Ale. Creamy, with some depth to it. Candi sugar, moderate alcohol, and smooth yeast and malt notes. Somewhat nutty in it’s bitterness. Pretty straightforward Belgian stuff, but still, a great beer. Very smooth creamy finish. terrybail (340), London, Ontario, Canada

Leaves a nice lacing pattern. Aroma of apple, citrus - especially lemon, grapefruit. I taste apple, water, lemon, orange, alcohol. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 5, 2008 330cl bottle. Pours hazy, light yellow/orange with a nice fluffy white white head, some lace. Smells yeasty and sweet malty with some sweet straw flavors. Tastes malty and sweet bready, yeasty with some nice clean flavors, hops maybe? I don’t know what the hop content of this brew is though. Medium body, nice carbonation. patricks110 (285), Alberta, Canada

At 7.5 percent this is a fairly average belgian ale based on ABV. An aroma of creamn, honey and flowery hops. Malts cascade over tongue on first taste. No aftertaste. Flavour of malts, and not very much alcohol taste. Mouthfeel is phenomenal. Overall, a great beer. darkseduction (206), Zweibrücken, Germany
