Poured a beautiful golden blonde with a white head. Heavy carbonation. Spicy sweet aroma. Flavour fruity and spicy w/ some malts and yeast. Went down quite smooth. Alcohol well hidden.

<11.2oz bottle: Yeasty pale yellow pour with a compact, mound inducing bright white head. Bright nose is slightly acidic, with buttery and nutty undertones. Rich and creamy, the body delivers a level dose of fresh dough, nut, straw and earthy yeast. Easy, simple and well executed. A very nice blonde.

Poured a nice golden blonde color with a small white head. Aroma was light, sweet, some candy sugar and a little bit of spice. Taste was much the same, very smooth and mellow, but a bit too bland for my tastes.

Pours a transparent gold with a foamy white head and tight, small bubbles reflecting plenty of carbonation. Nose is mild but there is some Belgian candy, yeast, bananas, some malt, and some perfume. Flavor is similar, a little sour, malt, yeasty with some sweetness. A little chalky on the palate. Very drinkable, but a little bland.
