Jun 24, 2008 11.2 oz bottle poured in tulip glass. Nice carbonation, sudsy foam head-thin and fizzy from start to finnish. Orange tinge with a thin pallet. Crisp and slight citrus notes with a light hop presence. Had a bit of a nut-grain quality but not really standing out, even with the yeast from the bottom. Dry-semi sweet finish.

Aroma is spice, malt, faint sweetness, ripe fruit, bread. Flavor is faint malty sweetness, grass, straw, slight bitterness on finish. Generally light-bodied with a somewhat quick finish.
