Bottled. Citrusy lemon/lime aroma. Cloudy light amber colour. Orange and lime citrus flavours with some bitterness in the finish. Pretty good.

A careful pour yields a straw yellow color with wisps of haze and a persistant eggshell head with excellent lacing. Straw color is echoed with a hay like nose backed up with fruity yeast. Taste, unfortunately, is the least impressive element of this brew. It’s not bad, but it has a difficult to describe hollowness to it.

Draught. A the Heineken Brewery in Strasbourg, France. Served in a Tulip glass with a medium white foamy head. Aroma was spicy and citrus. Taste was mild hops, touch of lemon and possible other citrus, the spices were apparent and a smooth to drink. It was very enjoyable and one of my favorate beers I tried in France.

I really enjoyed this beer. Much lighter than what I’ve been drinking lately. It was very smooth, gold in color and something you could chug in an emergency....I liked it better than Orval.

I never would have described it as Metallic, but Piscator hit it on the head. Man he’s good. I find a lot of Belgian ales taste like that.

330mL bottle. Pours a golden colour, some particles, with a bit of a hazy cloud moving through the glass. Spicy aroma, a bit citrusy as well. Citrus spiciness is present in the flavour as well. Lively carbonation, with a slight metallic aftertaste.
