330 ML Bottle-poured a light golden color w/a large foamy white head. Fruity Belgian aroma. Fresh crisp flavor of citrus, banana, dough, vanalla & apple w/a touch of spice. Very smooth w/good carbonation & lacing-lasted thru the glass. Very easy to drink, long smooth finish. pretty good, not truely great, but pretty good. I’d definitely have it again.

330 mL bottle, 6.8%. Yellow-orange with thick, dense head. The old bananas, cloves and pepper thing going on in the aroma. Flavour is quite complex. The "flavours" from the aroma carry over, but add in some lemon verbena, something floral, and some sweetish malt. There seems to be a sequence of rapidly changing tastes in every part of my mouth. Nothing dominates, though. Not a hint of alcohol. Very good.

Bottle. Huge head, hazy golden yellow, quite bubbly. Fresh citric and light barnyardy aroma. Fruity base, citrus and apples, a hint pineapple. Quick finish. Medium body. Light fruitbread aftertaste. Pleasant but not spectacular.

Bottle, into a chalice at just on cool. Top marks for appearance, this just looked picture-perfect in the glass. Lustrous, big, big, rocky and dense snow-white head rose more than an inch from the brim and set there. The body of beer a shimmering orange gold - that perfect hue of Summer - with very tight, fine carbonation. Aroma of tart under-ripe fruits, white wine and pale, rock candi with the house yeast well-evident. A light herbal spice starts it off in the mouth. Nice malty sweetness soon takes over with a bready, dry aftertaste. Light citrus fruit flavours shine down the sides of the tongue. Fresh chopped herbs on the swallow but very little bitterness shows. Quite smooth, the body is quite light and unfortunately so are the flavours. It is seamless though. Alcohol is very well concealed for a beer with little in the way of strong flavours. It’s quite refreshing, balanced well and very clean. One of the better blonde’s I’ve tasted though they still do nothing for me. (33cL, 15/06/08, Int’l Beer Shop, W. Leederville)

The aroma is unbelievably good. It is dominated by fruit but has, ginger, coriander, yeast, lemon, wheat, bananas, and floral hops. The appearance is gold with a light orange tint. The head is of medium size and is really foamy. The flavor is complex just like the aroma. The palate is smooth with a fruity bitter finish. Overall it’s one of the better smelling ales around but the flavor is to weak. But it comes close to being a really great beer.

On tap at Dopey’s Elixir. A very good ale. Apple-colored, frothy. Complex, citrusy taste. Enjoyable.

Pours pale yellow with good thick white head. Aroma is slightly sour but with a sweet wheaty edge. Taste is very wit-like with lots of fruitiness - just a bit mre body.
