On tap at Dopey’s Elixir. A very good ale. Apple-colored, frothy. Complex, citrusy taste. Enjoyable.

Bottle: Clear yellow colur, witha nice white head. Aroma of yeast, citric, hops, flowers, and lots of sweet maltynes. Flavor is citric, flowers, yeasty, and a bit of salty too. Typical blond Belgium beer.Medium body, medium finish. Nice.

Pours pale yellow with good thick white head. Aroma is slightly sour but with a sweet wheaty edge. Taste is very wit-like with lots of fruitiness - just a bit mre body.

Seems I like this quite a bit more than most. I am not a Belgian Ale expert, but I thought the honey and fruit flavor with a big spicey finish make this a very good, drinkable beer.

On Tap @ San Diego Brewing Company. Clear gold color with bright white head. Sweet lager aroma with a bit of banana. Almost a sweet lager taste except for a bit of spice. Ends kind of sweet.

Nice looking beer with a long-lasting dense head, and a beautiful opaque yellow colour. Also a very nice aroma with yeast, wheat, malt, and a little bit of apples. Yeasty and wheaty flavor, with quite a lot malt sweetness, and maybe a little too obvious alcohol, for a blonde. However, it is stronger than blondes usually. The aftertaste is malty, sweet, has a good amount of alcohol, but also an unfortunate metallic finish. A nice beer, but the metallic finish is lowering it a couple of points.
