Jun 5, 2006 Bottle. A great example of a Belgian ale. Pours golden with a nice big frothy head.
Aromas of bread, fruit and yeast. Flavors of fruit and yeast with a vibrantr palate. Very good beer.

Jun 4, 2006 Appearance: Golden with a huge fluffy white head... with lovely lace on the glass
Aroma: Fruity with some pineapple and apple like aromas with a slightly spicy sour note there well. Undeniable belgian yeast nose
Flavor: Very complex ... opens with a sweet malt note which is quickly replaced with sour apple like sourness mellowed by bitterness which is slightly spicy
Palate: Medium light body with a nice carbonic bite.... the flavors seem lively finishes dry and slightly sweet - very balanced
Overall: Very attractive beer. The nose is very impressive the taste leaves litle to be desired but a definite must try beer.

May 28, 2006 Golden colored pour with a small head. Had a sweet, spicy aroma with a hoppy spicy finish. Not too bad.

May 19, 2006 bottle with dinner at BierStube in Moline. poured a straw yellow with a fizzy white head fading to a thin layer of lace. aroma was very yeasty. flavor was sweet with candi sugar, bubblegum & more yeast. palate was very fizzy

May 19, 2006 CLoudy gold body. Aroma has some grapefruit and wild flowers pinched in. Some grainy charachteristics. Taste is chewy and semi bitter, but well balances and strangely refreshing. Comes with grapefruit, yeasty, and pepper with a pinch of clove. Very enjoyable and rather easy to drink

May 16, 2006 Bottle from Paul (blankboy) thanks! I have seen this somewhere, I forgot where, but this was a bonus beer from Paul. Pours out yellow with a nice white head. Taste is sweet and fruity and refreshing. After working outside all day, this one hit the spot and disappeared rather quickly. I liked this, and feel it may be a little underrated.
