Pours clear golden with a decent sized white head, aroma of citrus, belgian spices, sweet malts. Flavor is carbonated, orange peel citrusy flavor, some bitter hops are present, doesn’t mask the alcohol well, how ever good body, and still a good brew.

Very tasty spiced beer with plenty of esters. Medium bodies with a good balance of hop bitterness. Nice dark golden color with a thick creamy white head. Watch the alcohol it will sneak up on you.

I rarely come across a Belgian ale I don’t like. Affilgem is no exception. Very drinkable. You wouldn’t know this is 7% abv...until you drink a few. Wonderful aroma. Great looking & tasting.

Pretty good drinkable belgian with little hidden flavors. Full of carbonation. Fruity start with a very slight hop finish.I found that if you pour this in a big glass and let the head dissapate it is much better.

Poured this one into my Chimay goblet. Incredibly huge and thick dense head creeps up and it doesn’t dissipate very quickly. The color of pale gold with a TON of bubbles is the best way to describe it. Mouthfeel is medium bodied. You can almost feel the bubbles after you’ve swallowed, nearly like a pop rock sensation. Flavor is yeasty, very crisp, very clean and slightly sweet. This was enjoyable and I’d probably get it again once empty my current stock.

Golden colour, a little unclear, white head. Fast collapsing? Malty aroma with notes of yeast (and wheat?). Sweet flavour, malty, a touch of vanilla?, notes of (soapy?/ perfumy?) hops in the finish. Hides the ABV very well.

Honey color with a white head. Sweet and cpicy aroma with honey notes. Light malty flavor with spicy bitterness. Reminds me of a saison but a little heavier. Quite good.
