Flavors of sweet orange and light vanilla linger, but only lightly. Finish is light and clean with a touch of hops. Very pleasing overall for a blonde ale.

Dec 21, 2005 Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with an extremely large head from the tons of carbonation in this one. Starts tasting of lemon and refreshing but finishes with an unpleasent bitterness.

Dec 16, 2005 Poured from bottle, cloudy like a wheat beer. Creamy white head that persists. Great spicy, malty aroma. Flavor is complex blend of spice, malt, vanilla, alcohol. Alcohol and spice dominate the aftertaste. Lacing follows the beer down the glass. Flavor mellows as it warms, leading to a nice finish. A good choice.

Dec 1, 2005 Bottle. Clear amber color with a huge frothy white head that was lasting and produced good lacing. Average citrus and pine aroma. Medium body. Moderate spicy bitter flavor with medium finish. Very refreshing.

Nov 30, 2005 Pours a bright straw colour with lots of suspended "floaties". Tried a few samples but all had them. Nice long lasting head. Sweetish fruit and spice aroma. Metallic taste and those big floating chunks made this totaly un-appealing

Nov 22, 2005 A slightly spicy blond belgian with a nice head and color. Didn’t have a great deal of depth, but the flavors were good.
