Sweet, honeyish, crisp, flowery, this is really smooth, not alcoholic tasting like many other blonds/triples. It is a beer that you can chug or nurse. I nursed it. On Tap at Abraxas, Miami Beach.

Thanks Mike for being the first person ever to bring good beer to a house party. Dirty yellow body nice cloudiness and a small white cap. Aroma is mild and yeasty with some spice. Flavour is more of the same yeast, spice, wheat, light apple, possibly lemmon. Very easy drinking brew that has a very dry pasty finish. Nothing wrong with this beer just kind of boring I guess. I swear this use to taste better then what this does. Body of the beer is fuller and has less burny carbonation now that it’s warm.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a cloudy gold with sediment, nice white head. Aroma of some funk and citrus, fruit, a little banana, faint alcohol. Flavor is decent, some fruit and farmhouse, light hoppy bitter. Mouthfeel is light body, high carbonation, slightly watery. Overall, not half bad, pretty refreshing....

Bottle Pours a hazy straw color with a big white head. The head leaves rather quickly. Laces very well. Has a good aroma of citrus, and spices. Has a good carbonation. The mouthfeel is well done also. The flavor is good but not as deep as I would hope for. Well balanced and blended nicely. Has a dry texture and a light to medium body. A good finish with a nice aftertaste. A good beer but hoped for more pizazz from a Belgian.

Pours a golden hazy yellow. Tastes a bit malty with hints of spice and fruit flavors. For my first Belgian Ae it was okay. I am not a fan of its dry finish.

Enjoyed in Amsterdam. I told the barkeep I didn’t know any beers he had on tap and he asked if I wanted a great Belgian Ale. He rummaged around in the back for a bit and brought this out. Never heard of it before. Poured a bottle into a trappist glass. Nice head that disolves with hints of citrus and grain. A bit dry but leaves the palate clean.
