Feb 9, 2009 A- Pours a cloudy orange/golden hue, small white head that is persistent, minimal lacing, lively bubbles
S- Nose dominated by hay and grass-like hops, some tones of fruits (apple, pear), sweet yeasty/bready malts, and a touch of alcohol
T- Initial taste is dry and bitter hops, followed by some sweet yeast malts and flavors of raisins and apples, alcohol presence near the finish which is again dry, bitter, and overly carbonated
M- Light-bodied, watery texture, carbonation is biting and overwhelming
D- Easy-to-drink BSPA, alcohol is well-masked, one could easily drink several of these in a row. However, the carbonation is too dominating and it lacks any outstanding qualities that would urge a repeat performance in my opinion.

Jan 28, 2009 Golden hazy blonde appearence with a thick white head. Aroma: citrus, Spicy and coriander. Flavor: honey orange, banana and coriander. Palate: light, fizzy and creamy with a dry finish.

Jan 21, 2009 A reasonable blonde, drinkable and nice but a little average for a Belgian. I used this to try and ween my lager loving friends of Stella. The dunces didn’t like it but I’ll keep working. Nice enough but much better in the style.

Jan 21, 2009 Nice hazy golden coloured body with a frothy white head. Very nice! Aroma of corn, wheat, coriander seed, light spices and some cardboard. Medium-bodied; Spicey taste up front with nutmeg, coriander seed and curacao up front. Aftertaste shows spice and some sweetness - nice and flavourful. Overall, more of a tripel than a blonde-Nice for the style! I sampled this 12 ounce bottle that JonR888710 purchased on 23-June-2005 at his place.

Jan 19, 2009 A clear golden colored beer, with a nice thick white head. The aroma is malty with a lot of fruits, like citrus and peaches. The taste is a little bitter, malty and fruity, peaches, citrus and some apples. It is some spicey too. The aftertaste has a long time some bitters.

Jan 18, 2009 Tasted 18/01/2009. 330ml bottle from Regional Wines and Spirits. Hazy yellow gold with a white crown. Peppery jelly fruit delight, yummy wine gums. Finishes as dry as a January Nor’wester. Respect!
