Nice frothy head, that dissipates quickly, leaving sheets of lace. Nose is malt, a little yeast also noticed, starts sweet, the middle thin and the medium carbonation leads to a nice clean, dry and crisp finish that has a nice touch of hops, quite drinkable.

Aug 14, 2008 On tap, several occasion. Golden colour with a nice thick creamy head. Aroma of fruits, esters, some sourness. Flavour is soft, sweet, a bit tart, fruity, a bit alcohol. Has more carbonation when its bottled, the tap version is imo one of the best of the commercially available blond beers.

Aug 7, 2008 Poured a beautiful golden blonde with a white head. Heavy carbonation. Spicy sweet aroma. Flavour fruity and spicy w/ some malts and yeast. Went down quite smooth. Alcohol well hidden.
