Aug 7, 2008 Poured a beautiful golden blonde with a white head. Heavy carbonation. Spicy sweet aroma. Flavour fruity and spicy w/ some malts and yeast. Went down quite smooth. Alcohol well hidden.

Jul 31, 2008 <11.2oz bottle: Yeasty pale yellow pour with a compact, mound inducing bright white head. Bright nose is slightly acidic, with buttery and nutty undertones. Rich and creamy, the body delivers a level dose of fresh dough, nut, straw and earthy yeast. Easy, simple and well executed. A very nice blonde.

Jul 31, 2008 Poured a nice golden blonde color with a small white head. Aroma was light, sweet, some candy sugar and a little bit of spice. Taste was much the same, very smooth and mellow, but a bit too bland for my tastes.
