33cl bottle - pours reddish brown with a big, mountainous off-white head. Aroma of spiced dark fruit, cloves, some yeast. Quite nice. Unfortunately, there’s not as much going on in the flavour - some sour apples, a bit tart, and fairly sweet. Some sharpness. Mouthfeel is nice, effervescent and frothy. Fairly uncomplex, especially put next to Westmalle Dubbel or Chimay, etc. What’s there is nice, but needs more body as it’s a bit thin. Reminscent of some english pale ales. Good stuff, but far from the Holy Grail.

Nice murky brown potent looking appearance. Aroma is nice, but light. An average belgian abbey - which means it is still tasty and nice.

33 cl bottle. Light brown clear colour with little but nice head. Aroma of malt and fruit, also some roastedness. Very unspecial dubbel flavour, very classic little sweet with some roastedness and some fruity too.

Thick beige head which stays all the way through the drinking process. Dark red/brown colour. Very harmonic bitterness, medium finish.

330 ml bottle. Brownish ruby red colour with a thick creamy off-white head that clings to the glass. Yeasty aroma with sharp hop character. Quite a sharp aroma. Dish water. Highly carbonated. Leaves a lot of carbonation in the mouth. Quite dry flavours, only slightly sweet with some sweet syrup in the background. Subtle watery finish with surprisingly little sweetness and hoppiness.

Pours dark brown with a thick, persistent beige head. Big aromas of clove and apricot, with a hint of hops. Rather flat, one-dimensional flavor of amber malt. More like a pale ale as it lacks the complexity typical of a dubbel. Full bodied, weak, metallic finish.

Hazy dark red-brown with a lasting off-white head. Fruity malt aroma, spicy notes and a touch of banana. Sweet caramel flavour, with some hop bitterness and a touch of roasted malts.

Chestnut brown, small head. Somewhat restrained aroma but a nice filling flavour.
